I meant to post this last week...
Tim: "I think that some people in Iowa are seriously idiots."
Jenn: (Laughing) "Why?"
Tim: "On the news [which is terrible, by the way-someday I will make a really funny post about the 'top' news stories we have heard here] they just said that to stop the 'brain drain' [which is young people like us leaving Iowa after they get their degrees. It seems to be a serious problem in this state-it has been a top news story multiple times] they are going to rebuild and revamp an old park."
Jenn: "That is interesting..."
Tim: "They TOTALLY know why we are leaving here. That park is THE reason. We were just so mad that we didn't have a park before now, especially considering that its useful life in a year here is about four months. But, yeah, they really hit the nail on the head. We are definitely leaving because we don't have a nice park."
