After being cooped up in the house all day yesterday, we got out and about today. We met a friend for coffee in Bellevue then went to Poppy's work where we had an "Owen break" complete with diaper changing (above) and feeding. Then while Owen observed, Justin and I got a good workout in. Owen LOVES the gym... he is totally fascinated the whole time, looking around and just in awe. (Then eventually he passes out).
