Got this photo from Justin while I was at work today. Apparently Owen had signed "all done", then two seconds later this was taken...clearly not all done. (although if we are being honest, it was most likely just the appeal of the fork....)

Owen saw keys on stairs and went for them. All of a sudden, he climbed the stair....then got stuck. But, needless to say, might be time for those baby gates...

He looks at me. Sees laundry. Crawls over.

Laundry, laundry everywhere!
(a happy ending to a rough day...mom smashed his fingers on accident, then bonked his head about 2.5 seconds after getting him calmed down from the fingers, then tried to rip off my own finger. To add more fuel to the fire, he's cutting two teeth.... Cheers to a new day tomorrow!)

Daily Owen: 7.10.2013
This is what our afternoon looked like yesterday...
Not for Justin and not because Owen was sucking on a wine cork.
Nope.
Owen had a welt on his leg that started last Thursday. No big deal. Then it started to blister. Then it turned in to a big hole. Then I visited the dreaded google...where I got "go to ER right now" and "he's going to die." Of COURSE.
I started to freak out just a bit and called the doctor, who said go to urgent care because she couldn't see Owen yesterday. BAH!!!
So we went and turns out it is most likely impetigo (bacterial skin infection) from a bug bite. Got some ointment and were on our way (of course not before Owen had to charm everyone there.....)
