Daily Owen: 7.22.2014

Poppy decided to completely tear his calf muscle today while taking out the garbage so the day was interesting from the get go. We all headed to the doctors today, with Justin's outcome the worst of all (mine was just a midwife check, Owens was a check on his cold). Justin has a 4-6 week recovery on crutches and in a boot once he can actually get the swelling down to get the boot on... Poor guy. 

Owen was a trooper and still managed to play hard today!
