Happy 2013.

 In an effort to get caught up with the old blog, here's my tribute to our ringing in of 2013. We went to Leavenworth with a group of friends for New Years. Between the 4 couples there were 3 babies, all under 4 months! Quite the different New Years than we've had the past couple of years.

On the second day, we decided to go snow shoeing with Jen and Cam and our two kiddos. While Jen and Cam got ready, Justin held both babies and got a taste of what twins would be like. Related: yikes!

On New Year's Eve, Justin and I decided to go snow shoeing again...this time a much longer trek. Again, Owen slept through it all. Fun times.

Owen decided not to go to sleep on New Years Eve at his normal 9pm bedtime. So we brought him back up to join the crowd where he was happy as a clam and playing until about 11:30pm. 

At about 11:30 we looked over and he was passed out cold in the middle of the floor. Precious! He almost made it to midnight!

On New Years day, Justin and I decided to go skate skiing. It was my first time trying it out (and Owen's). New year, new activities! It was fun although a little cold and I was quite slow. I think once I get the hang of it I'll like it a lot.
