Daily Owen & Bennett: 12.6.2015

We had some family pictures this morning... Here are some phone out takes. Not the best, but still cute.

Owen was such a little ham! He looked so stinkin cute!

Little brothers.

Oh yeah, the big boys joined us too. Such a treat to have everyone together.

Awkward picture of us.

After pictures: 4 brothers eating breakfast. Does it get any more heart warming?

Eating breakfasting a stud and getting ready for Santa train 2015!

This one was doing the same. He didn't quite know what we were in for this year, but brother seemed excited, so he was too.

We were on the first train and got there early to get good parking. We had some extra time so we played in the car and explored a bit.

Finally it was time to board the train to go see Santa!

There were lights up in the train which B pointed out the whole ride.

Looking at the mountains...

We got off the train and jumped right in line to see Santa. We only had to wait 20 or so minutes and the kids were great. Last year we didn't get in to the line right away and by the time we considered it, it was WAY too long. So we skipped it. The kids didn't care then, anyway. This year, Owen totally would have lost his marbles if he didn't get to see Santa.

B however thought differently and lost his marbles at the atrocity that is Santa! Screamed right when we set him down. I laughed so hard. Classic shot!

He stopped screaming for a second to check him out...

Nope, no go! Haha, still laughing! Too cute.

So Justin held B while Owen told Santa that he wanted a backhoe and Bennett would like an excavator. Santa said that the boys should start a their own construction company at this rate. Ha!

Later: Bennett and I ran errands and stopped at the tree farm (Home Depot) for round two of the tree. It worked!

Finished product, whoo hoo!

Daily Owen & Bennett: 12.3.2015

While I was getting ready this morning, B "entertained" himself. QTIP EXPLOSION.

Guilty!

We also got to go find a Christmas tree today! Not quite as romantic as trudging out to the woods in the snow...BUT a real tree is messy and I honestly feel kind of bad about cutting one down just to chuck it in a month. So, fake it is!

The boys and poppy put up some Christmas lights in the rain today, too. Getting in the spirit here! Meanwhile, Owen played golf in the garage. Ha!

Our pretty tree. Love this magic of Christmas picture.

Annnnd then approximately two minutes later the stupid tree died. So, another trip to the "tree farm" (aka Home Depot) is in order.  Bah humbug.

Crazy boy...who wants a package?! He's ready to go. Later gator!

Ok maybe I will keep them...they are pretty good boys, and dang cute. At least most of the time.

Daily Owen & Bennett: 12.2.2015

Picture I got at work this morning: Owen making oatmeal (disaster!) and B climbing on chairs (another disaster!) If you can't see B, check out the upper left corner...

Tonight's bedtime snack: waffles! B INHALED his. Really quite impressive.

Daily Owen & Bennett: 12.1.2015

Ok, when did my baby grow up?!

And this one too...just stop it! (Playing soccer and stopped for a photo op).

Nighttime snack. Owen was telling us he loves Bai and Oliver while Bennett blew the popcorn to make it pop and cracked himself up.

Daily Owen & Bennett: 11.30.2015

Crazy kiddos at dinner tonight!

Owen trying to show me his art work...

And then they got bored of eating and started to play a game...I swear, the always having to touch each other/tackle/something drives me mad! And I think it might only get worse!

Daily Owen & Bennett: 11.29.2015

We actually left the house today! We missed a few swim lessons due to the kids having colds, so Miss Connie offered to let us come use the pool just for a free swim. Sweet, sounds awesome to me (we love her!)

After a stop at ladro (where we ran in to our new friends we met the other night at the winery...so crazy but cool), we made it to the pool!

It was so fun to swim with the kids and have our own private pool time...until Owen melted down at the end. But...toddlers. Yeah.

Speaking of: we do have a great form of punishment. Jumping sumo squats: they work. It's also quite cute (read: funny).

And apparently I hear that there has been an appearance by Steve the elf! The kids are going to lose their marbles in the morning!
